On Monday, Labor Day, September 2nd, 2024, free yoga classes will be hosted at individual studios and teaching spaces all throughout the day. On this page, you’ll find a complete schedule of these unique offerings! Membership is not required to participate, and people of all abilities and ages are encouraged to join.

It is free to submit Free Day of Yoga classes to this schedule. Each studio has its own reservation process and amenities – be sure to check with the individual studio’s website to know what to bring! All classes on Free Day of Yoga are free for all, but RSVP may be required.

We start with a slow flow, working our way through a 15-minute hot vinyasa to warm up and prepare for 20-25 minutes of non-stop HIIT rounds of increasing intensity.
